Please refer to the Provincial Indoor Competitions Manual for the details of membership fees, registration deadlines, tournament fees and other information regarding competitions.

Each team is to be registered through the OVA online registration process, with payment by credit card.  All the required fields of online registration must be completed in full, and each individual member must have an email address. In order to register, the Club must first identify a Club Contact to which a club password will be given to allow full registration. A Club Contact can also register as a Team Contact.  The OVA office will distribute general news and information regarding Club administration to the registered Club Contact. Tournament information and schedules will be emailed to the registered Team Contact. The OVA Registrar must be notified in writing if there is a change of Club or Team Contact. Registered individuals will be able to go online to make a change of address.

OVA Youth Competitions 13U & 14U first event registration

The OVA will be using this Trillium registration process for the first event of the season for 13U Girls, 14U Girls, and14U Boys only.

Teams will now be able to select which Trillium Zone tournament location they wish to play in for the first event of the season.  Please note, this is done on a first come first serve basis.  Registration and travel is nowthe complete responsibility of the team for the first event of the season. What this means – if  a Zone fills up to capacity and you are unableto register for the event, you must register in one of the remaining Zone tournaments.The OVA will not transfer teams between Zones after registration has reached capacity so make sure you sign up for the correct Zone and register earlybefore events fill up.

Remember, this registration process is only for the first tournament of the year. This process will not work for events later in the season because of competition movement. A plan to re-evaluate movement may make future registrations more efficient and provide clubs with advanced notice to prepare for tournament travel.

Tournament Entries

Entry fees must be received via the online registration system by the tournament deadline (3 weeks for the the first tournament in each division, and the 6 weeks for the remainder of tournaments in each division).

NOTE: There are exceptions for some tournaments.  Teams must pre-register for Cup and Ontario Open tournaments by submitting payment online.

Entry deadlines remain the same as last season (6 weeks), by Monday at 12:00 noon.  Reminder there is a "Late Entry" period  - teams have until Thursday, 11:59 PM after the Sunday Deadline to register.  A $100 "late entry" fee will be charged in addition to the existing tournament entry fee.  Please note the exceptions for some tournaments.
